Imagine yourselves relaxing in the Out-door Great-room, a glass of fresh sun-tea in hand, a movie on the TV, cool breezes on your face and hummingbirds checking you out to see if that tea is for them!
The NW Arkansas area is well known for its beauty and its concentration of widely varied entertainment, plus the varied activities on Beaver Lake! All of these are accessed via Highway, within a short drive of the Cute Little Cottage! Guests spend their days simply relaxing, or packed to the brim with their favorite things to do.
The cabin sits on 3-acres, in the Ozark Mountains, on the southeast side of Rogers… just two blocks off State Hwy 94 East (that means it’s close in and paving all the way)! It’s surrounded by Horseshoe Bend Park, two Beaver Lake Coves and a tree-lined “Country Lane”. All homes in our neighborhood sit on 1 to 10 acres… Meaning–>

Our cove has a private accress… rather than a public access, which makes it very quiet, more relaxing and safer to to swim or fish in. Without boat trafic there’s no panic to get out of the way of fast moving watercraft. Access is via a 4 foot wide steps to the party barge-swim dock. With few people in the area, you never know what wildlife will co visiting… be sure to have you camera ready!
Cute Little Cottage is a vacation rental located at the end of a peninsula just off Hwy 94 East on Beaver Lake, just 7.5 miles from business 71 Rogers, Arkansas…. right outside Horseshoe Bend Park, (and a full-service Marina). That’s only 10 miles from I-49 exit 83, Pinnacle Hills Promenade Shopping Mall, and all the fabulous restaurants in Rogers, Arkansas. Take the Panorama Road short cut to Scenic Highway 12, it is only 9 miles to War Eagle Mill and Hobbs State Park. Did I mention that it’s all very scenic drives! Don’t forget to go see Crystal Bridges while you’re here. Don’t forget to check out their awesome walking trails while you’re th!
