  • 12.5%… Our Sales Tax Rate NOT 13.5% as some are charging.
  • $98…The Standard Cleaning Fee. Just leave the cottage as you found it,
    with the bedding on the beds and towels in the laundry basket.  
  • $300… Security Deposit (is usually returned within 7 days.)
  • $98… Pet fee for the 1st pet and Half off ($49) for each additional pet
    all pet must have prior approval.

    ONE NIGHT STAYS if available are at full price (without discounts) $250

WINTER RATES Mar 31st to Dec 1
$178 per night 2 to 6 night stay
$168 per night 7 or more nights stay

SUMMER RATES Arp 1st to Nov 30th
$198 per night 2 to 6 night stay
