The 3-acre property is situated in the Ozark Mountains, on a Country Lane by Beaver Lake, yet is only two blocks off State Hwy 94. This area is well known for its beauty and its concentration of widely varied entertainment, plus all the Beaver Lake activities! All of these are accessed via Highway, and within a short drive of the Cabin! Guests spend their days simply relaxing, or packed to the brim with their favorite things to do.

You'll enjoy cooking in the full sized kitchen. Take your coffee or cocoa out to the deck and rock the morning in. The kitchen is easy and inviting to use. It was put together to have fun…your way. Try a movie night! Serve up hot dogs from the grill on neat little hot dog dishes. Then add drinks and popcorn eaten from boxes like those used in theaters. Choose a barbeque night and serve the burger and dogs in cute baskets. Then top it off with Homemade Ice Cream served in the glass ice cream glasses. I’m sure you do know what to make with the blender!
When you don't want to cook, there's always the microwave! Have you tried the fresh pizza Market Side from Wal-Mart... OMG!

Dining at Cute Little Cottage will suit your lifestyle. Waiting for you to choose the mood, are all the elements to serve your special meal. Eat by candlelight, with stemware and pretty glass dinnerware on the Oak Table. Choose the Oak Folding Tables for meals in front of the HDTV and a movie. The plastic dinnerware is great for casual dining.
Eating outside has several choices ... on the Deck Table, in the Adirondack Chairs by the fire pit, down in the Gazebo or ... grab the picnic basket and go down to the banks of Beaver Lake. These are all great places to watch the wildlife of NW Arkansa eating their dinner too!

Open the French Doors and walk into the sun-drenched Cottage Garden Bedroom. Its location in the front of the cottage, with its Cottage Garden Border, Cottage Blue Curtains and Bedding makes it a bright and inviting room. The two Vintage Brass Headboards and individual Antique Brass Wall Sconces, lends this sanctuary to quiet moments of reflection and rest. The chest has space for your use, and on the top shelf in the closet are games, and toys for the young and young at heart!
It is a cozy retreat, a wonderful place to read or hideaway for that stolen nap. It makes for a comfortable and uniquely charming stay. This room is a favorite choice among my guests.
This cabin room is all about warmth and southern elegance .
You will enjoy this bass-room, with a décor befitting a bathroom in a lake cottage.
The full size tub with its floor to ceiling curtain, hung on a bowed rod has a hand a held shower (hung very high), perfect for washing up from a day in the lake.
There is plenty of storage, towels and even a laundry basket hidden away behind cabinet doors.
There are courtesy items that you might not have brought with you. The bath tissue is Charmin Ultra only the best for my Guests)!
A hair dryer, iron and ironing board are also provided.
Step thru the French Doors into years gone by... into the Coin Harvey bedroom. This room is to honor the man that had a vision and built the Beautiful Monte Ne for the first Guests to come to a Vacation Rental. He truly loved our Ozark Mountains.
This bedroom reflects the historical heritage of the area of Old Silver Springs renamed Monte Ne by Coin, and where Coin played out his dreams.
Terracotta colors taken from the tile roofs on Oklahoma and Missouri Rows. The drift back into another era is enhanced by the warm wood tones of the Antique Rice Bed with Post Headboard, Roll Top Desk, Hobnail Lamps and Hobnail Wall Sconces.
Its' private rear location in the Cottage Cabin provides seclusion, and makes dreaming easy.

Cabela's Rogers, Arkansas Retail Store is located adjacent to the Pinnacle Hills Promenade mall at the Perry Road interchange with Interstate 540. In addition to offering quality outdoor merchandise, the 100,000 sq. ft. showroom's exterior will reflect Cabela's traditional store model with log construction, stonework, wood siding and metal roofing. A large glass storefront will allow customers to view much of the store's interior as they approach the building.
